The south and west coasts are best from November to April with calm seas and sunny weather. The east coast (Pigeon Island, Nilaveli) is ideal from May to September. We adjust the itinerary based on your travel dates to ensure the best coastal experience.
While wildlife can never be 100% guaranteed, Mirissa has one of the highest whale sighting rates in the world — over 95% success rate during peak season (Dec-April). If no whales are spotted, we offer a complimentary second trip (subject to availability and weather).
Yes! We offer upgrade options to 5-star luxury resorts including Amanwella, Cape Weligama, and Anantara Peace Haven. Supplement costs vary by property and season. Please inquire when booking for current rates.
